1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Mobile homes
Check-in: from 4 PM / Check-out: until 9 AM
Late arrival: the reserved mobile home will be held for the guest until 12 AM (midnight) the same day.
Earlier departure: the guest is obliged to pay the whole reserved time period.
Later departure: for stay in the mobile home after 9 AM on the departure date an additional day is charged.
The guest is responsible for any damage to the accommodations and its furnishings caused by carelessness. Upon arrival, guests are advised to check the inventory according to the list available in mobile homes, because they will be held responsible for all missing inventory upon check-out.
Camping pitches
Arrival: from12 o'clock/ Departure: until 12 o'clock
Late arrival: the reserved pitch will be held for the guest until 12 AM the following day, and the guest will be charged from the reservation date.
Earlier departure: the guest is obliged to pay the whole reserved period. (In case of later arrival or earlier departure than booked, the guest will be charged with the fee for uninhabited pitch.)
Later departure: for stay on the pitch after 12 o'clock on the departure date an additional day is charged.
Pitches must be left clean and tidy.
2. RESERVATION
Pitches and mobile homes can be reserved via e-mail or directly via our on – line booking system. Our offer is based on available capacities, upon the guest's request and it is sent as soon as possible.
• Mobile homes
: The reservation is confirmed after the camping receives the prepayment of 30 % of the total amount of reservation. The amount can be paid via bank transfer; or directly on internet when the reservation is made via on-line booking system. For the reservation of a particular number of mobile home, the fee amounts to 50 Eur.
• Camping pitches: Guests can book a pitch in a specific zone by paying a reservation fee of 20 Eur. For the reservation of a specific pitch number the fee amounts to 50 Eur. The fee is paid via bank transfer. Booking a specific pitch number is only possible via e-mail. In on-line booking system the payment of 10% of the total amount (including the reservation fee) is required. It can be paid directly on the internet or via bank transfer.
If the advance payment has not been made until the given date, the reservation will be considered invalid and consequently cancelled. Confirmation of a reservation includes the acceptance of these General conditions.
3. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that or in case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the property will retain the full amount of the advance payment, or your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of the reserved stay. In the case of early departure, the full amount of the first unused night per accommodation unit will be charged.
4. CAMPING CONDITIONS
The price of a pitch includes usage of electricity, water (depending on the Zone) and the use of sanitary facilities.
The price of mobile homes includes the maximum number of persons as stated in the pricelist, extra persons are not included in the price. Mobile home rental includes: bed linen and towels (changed on the 8th day), cooking utensils, kitchen cutlery, animation, air-conditioning, electricity and water. The mobile homes are equipped with: refrigerator, cooker, sat TV, air conditioning, outdoor furniture.
Daily visitors are allowed to stay in the camping from 7 AM until 11 PM. They are obliged to check-in at the reception desk and pay entrance fee according to the pricelist.
If a person is found in the camping unregistered, he or she must pay the fee in the amount of 1.000,00 EUR.
Pets are allowed with prior approval and with extra charge according to the pricelist. During their stay in the camping, pets must be kept on a leash.
Entering into the camping entails the guest’s agreement to act according to to the aforementioned conditions and the house rules.
5. PAYMENT
Payment can be done in cash or by card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners, Amex). The payments are to be made between 7 AM and 9 PM on the reception desk. In winter months, reception is open for payments from 8 AM to 12 PM (noon).
6. INSURANCE
Management will not be held liable for theft, accidents, or damage to property or persons, nor will it be held liable for damage caused by thunderstorms, hail, fallen trees or branches, illnesses, including that of plants, epidemics, fire, natural disasters etc.
The guests are advised to take out insurance covering both their equipment and campsite risks.
