Payment Methods and Conditions
The credit card will be charged for the full amount according to the accepted offer's terms.
We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express.
The credit card will be charged in the currency displayed on the offer/proforma invoice and
the issued invoice.
Your personal data, as well as your credit card information, are fully protected. The data
transfer is performed via a secure server.
Refunds to the credit card are processed under the following conditions:
A refund can be requested according to the terms in the offer.
The refund will be processed in the same manner as the transaction was made.
In case it is not possible to charge the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the
reservation.

General Terms and Conditions
Check-in is possible after 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be done by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Please note that children aged 12 and above are considered adults and are charged the full
price. When booking accommodation, you are required to include children older than the
specified age as adults.
A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
If you want to change or cancel your reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance
with the Cancellation Terms.

The camp reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a reservation if there has been an
abuse of the booking system or if it was made due to an obvious user error.
Statement on the Protection and Collection of Personal Data and their Use
Rudan d.o.o. collects only necessary, basic personal data of customers that are required for
fulfilling business obligations. The collected personal data is strictly kept and used only for the
purposes for which it was collected, and access is granted only to authorized employees.
All employees of Rudan Ltd. and business partners are responsible for respecting privacy
protection principles.

Protection of personal data is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the implementation of the
General Data Protection Regulation.
Monri WSPay, as the executor of authorization and credit card payment processing, handles
personal data as a data processor and treats personal data in accordance with the General
Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and strict PCI DSS L1 regulations for protecting data
entry and transmission.
Monri WSPay uses SSL certificate 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the
highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.
Personal data used for authorization and payment purposes or for fulfilling obligations under
the Contract are considered confidential data.

Monri WSPay does not process or use these personal data for any purpose other than executing
the authorization and payment contract.
Monri WSPay guarantees compliance with all conditions defined by the applicable regulations
on personal data protection for data processors, particularly by implementing all necessary
technical, organizational, and security measures, as confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.

Camp Galeb / Rudan d.o.o. (sales point) uses Monri WSPay for online payments.
Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payment processing with credit
and debit cards, and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures secure entry and
transmission of card data for both the customer and the merchant, as confirmed by the PCI
DSS certificate held by Monri WSPay. Monri WSPay utilizes a 256-bit SSL certificate and TLS 1.2
cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.
